Hi all. this isi a start to something new for me.. usually I just create things and forget about it.. Now, i want to hear others thoughts, projects, advice, status, and feelings.. Meditation with your hands.. is you creating what ever it is that u do, whatever u do with your hands to keep you sane, interested, alert, and creative.. it takes your mind off of all the stresses in your life and your worries that surround you.. so be comfortable.. we will be here for a while...blessings
